Sunrise Management manages and provides support services for more than 2,100 affordable apartment units in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties, including Section 8, HUD 236 and Section 42 properties. We also have extensive knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Our staff of affordable housing professionals has substantial knowledge, training, experience and credentials related to the multi-family affordable housing industry. This knowledge and experience extends from the Regional Property Manager level to the administrative and onsite management levels.
We are dedicated to identifying and deploying the best tools and systems available to effectively and efficiently support Compliance efforts. Using RealPage's OneSite Web-based Leasing & Rents Affordable management system, we manage revenue opportunities aggressively, tracking expenses and supporting rent increases at a much higher rate than other multi-family affordable housing managers.
