The latest superstar joining the Sunrise family: Debbie Endicott, Manager of the Accounting/ Finance Department. Second in command of Finance, she tracks and reconciles funds for your property.
Which means whether it involves rent, taxes, or anything in-between, when it comes to money matters, Debbie's the person you want to know.
Of course, Ms. Endicott's skills and responsibilities extend WAY beyond accounting for all of your money at a particular moment.
She's helping to lead Sunrise by hiring, training and coaching the employees responsible for your property. She's guiding staff, providing each and every one of them with the tools they need to out-perform the market. And she's ensuring that everything you want or need for your property is done within the rules of fair housing, ADA and injury prevention.
Look to this El Cajon, CA native to analyze problems, resolve property and customer service issues on your behalf, and keep things running smoothly while making your life easier.
