Our Man in Phoenix

At Sunrise Management, we pride ourselves on having the highest quality talent available at every level of the company. Xavier Wolf is the guy we turn to when we need to be sure things are running smoothly in the Phoenix area.

Xavier is also Sunrise’s newest addition, joining us recently as Regional Real Estate Manager. His addition to our team reflects the growing presence of Sunrise in the Arizona residential market.

With over 20 years as Regional Manager, General Manager, Project Manager, Convention Services Manager, Sales Manager, and Front Office Manager at a wide variety of properties (with substantial skills in all aspects of hotel and multi-housing operations), Xavier is the answer to any Arizona owner’s real estate needs. Throw in his communications abilities in French, Spanish and English, and you’ve got a pretty potent recipe for success.

“Sure we can do all the things you’d expect - ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, budgeting and forecasting of income and expenses, P&L accountability, human resource management, analyzing performance trends, research and marketing. That pretty much goes without saying.” he explains. “The real test of a successful residential management effort is an ability to hire and retain the right people.”

“I’m starting with an initial portfolio in the valley, but given Sunrise’s expanding reputation throughout the southwest, I expect that portfolio to grow VERY quickly.” he explains. Xavier adds “I know I can bring some significant value to the discussion with both owners and residents.”
