Sunrise Management Expands Northern California Footprint

San Diego-Based Firm Adds Seven Multifamily Properties Owned by Positive Investments

Expanding its Northern California presence and strengthening its partnership with Positive investments, Sunrise Management has taken over day-to-day management of seven properties totaling 642 units in communities including Sacramento, Carmichael and Fairfield. The apartment portfolio is owned by Positive Investments, Inc. of Arcadia, Calif.

According to Sunrise CEO and president Joe Greenblatt, his company will now handle marketing, leasing and day-to-day operations of the following communities:

      • Continental Terrace, Sacramento
      • Delta Court, Fairfield
      • Elements@1600, Fairfield
      • Roblar Manor, Cotati
      • Rosemont Terrace, Sacramento
      • Sutter Creek, Sutter Creek
      • The Quarter, Carmichael

Sunrise began working with Positive Investments after assuming management of Chula Vista’s Pacific Pointe Senior Community in Sept. 2017. Late last year, Sunrise continued the partnership, taking over 23 San Diego County communities – totaling 632 units – owned by Positive Investments.
